Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Offer-specific conditions: Each Bonus or promotion published on ilucki-au.com is subject to its own terms, which may include minimum deposits, eligible Games, maximum bets, time limits and country restrictions. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion and these Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- Activation:
- Some Bonuses are credited automatically upon qualifying deposit; others may require a Bonus code or manual activation in the "Promotions" or "Cashier" section.
- Only one person per household, IP address, device and payment method may claim a given sign-up or welcome offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus abuse: The Operator reserves the right to refuse, withhold or cancel any Bonus and associated winnings in cases of suspected Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multiple Account creation, use of VPN to circumvent restrictions, arbitrage betting and deliberate exploitation of terms discrepancies.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering:
- Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses and any winnings from them are subject to wagering requirements (for example, 40x the Bonus amount) before they can be converted to real, withdrawable funds.
- Only qualifying bets placed after Bonus activation count towards wagering. Bets placed with real money before activation do not retroactively count.
- Contribution rate:
- Different Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g. slots 100%, table games 5 - 20%, some Games 0%). Applicable contribution tables are provided in the Bonus or promotion details.
- Time limits:
- Bonuses may expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period (e.g. 7, 14 or 30 days from activation). Upon expiry, remaining Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Maximum bet while wagering:
- The Operator may impose a maximum bet limit while a Bonus is active (e.g. a maximum of a specified amount per spin or hand). Exceeding the maximum bet can result in confiscation of the Bonus and winnings.
Prohibited Games, Actions and Combining Promotions
- Excluded Games:
- Some Games may be excluded from wagering or limited for Bonus play (for example, progressive jackpots or certain high-volatility titles). Playing excluded Games with Bonus funds may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and winnings.
- Prohibited actions:
- placing low-risk bets (e.g. betting on red and black simultaneously), hedging or similar strategies to artificially complete wagering;
- delaying rounds in Games (e.g. postponing free spins or bonus rounds) obtained with Bonus funds to use them later with real money, or using "stacked" features;
- "bonus hunting" by accumulating large balances or winnings using Bonuses and then switching to Games with minimal risk.
- Combining promotions:
- Only one active deposit Bonus may usually be in play at a time. Bonuses cannot generally be combined unless explicitly permitted.
- Where multiple promotions overlap, the Operator may determine the order of application and may cancel conflicting promotions to maintain fairness and regulatory compliance.
- Bonus changes:
- The Operator may modify or withdraw Bonuses and promotions at any time, provided that such changes will not affect Bonuses already claimed, except where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
